The menu is off to the left.<br /> To create an album, click on "Add Album"</p> <p>Here you can either click on the "Add a photo" in the middle of the page, or on the left click on 'add items'</p> <p>This will bring you to a screen w/multiple tabs. You can either (the ones that I find the easiest to use) use the "from web browser" tab and navigate to each picture individually.
